Signing of Copyright Transfer Agreement
All authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement form before formal publication.
The IEEE system will automatically send an email with the link for copyright transfer.
Authors are required to sign the copyright form online.
Registration
At least one author of the accepted paper must register in due time.
ONE Participant payment authorizes to present ONE paper.
All registrations for authors should be made via the on-line at the iSPEC2023 website before Oct. 31.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Authors are requested to prepare their presentation PPT slides named with their paper number well in advance and email to the secretariat before the conference or copy to the computer at the site registration.
Please prepare the slides based on the template posted at the website and choose 16:9 to fit screen size.
The presentation time for each author is 7 minutes (5 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A). Authors are advised to take good control of your time.
Please come to the session room 10 minutes earlier to meet the chair and test your slides.
Poster Sessions Guidelines
All poster authors are required to follow the instructions and finish their posters using the template below.
Poster size: A0 portrait (width 1189mm, height841mm)
Authors are required to send the PDF format poster files to the secretariat at iSPEC2023@csee.org.cn no later than Nov. 10 for the print.
At the poster exhibition, each poster author should stand by the board of your own paper poster and answer the questions by the audience and communicate with them.
