IEEE PES and CSEE (Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering) have reached an agreement on co-organizing the IEEE Sustainable Power & Energy Conference (iSPEC). Parallel with the IEEE PES General Meeting in North America every summer, iSPEC will be held every winter. The iSPEC 2019 will be held November 21-23, 2019 in Beijing, China. The theme of the meeting is: “Grid Modernization for Energy Revolution.” 

We warmly invite the scholars, professors, engineers and students in the field of power & energy to submit your research papers to iSPEC 2019. The iSPEC will bring together practicing power engineers and academics from all over the world. The aim of the conference is to provide an international forum for experts to promote, share, and discuss various issues and developments in the field of power & energy.

Oral Presentation/Poster Submission:

All accepted papers will be included in  Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.

Conference Paper Submission Requirements
Papers (maximum length 6 pages) must be prepared in accordance with the IEEE templates (word or latex), available on the Conference Website. Full papers must be submitted to the on-line submission and review site. The papers must include the detailed contact information of authors, especially the name, affiliation, telephone, fax, email and correspondence address of the first author.
